Following an external Prescription is under the customer’s risk. Yateem will not take responsibility for errors in external company prescriptions.
The Yateem Group shops has a 7-day exchange policy.
Items need to be in their original packing & condition along with the original invoice for exchange.
Please note that ophthalmic lens and contact lenses as medical products can’t be refunded or exchanged after purchase.
Exchange is subject to an inspection of the product after which a confirmation will be given within 7 working days.
Once the exchange is approved, customers can select a product for the same value or a credit note of the equivalent value to use within 6 months of the issue.
The refund is only by a credit note.

Items on clearance, promotion, or offers cannot be refunded, they can only be exchanged as per the exchange policy.
All Sunglasses or Ophthalmic Lens or Contact Lens orders will only be processed on a 50% payment by the intending customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the items within 30 days of being officially notified that their product is ready.
Yateem Group will not be responsible for the product if it does not get collected within 30 days of the agreed collection date.
Advance payments made for a special order of lenses cannot be refunded due to the non-collection of products
